I am Lingyi Xu (Pron. LIN-YEE HSU), a Ph.D. student in Computing & Data Sciences at Boston University, where I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Vijaya B. Kolachalama and Prof. Jennifer Beane. I am interested in applications of machine learning and network models in biology and social sciences. My current research focuses on the use of algorithms and networks in digital pathology and cancer genomics.
